* Clubcar user under the seasonal packages has to remember:
1. Seasonal Clubcar package is not guaranteeing automaticly car beeing booked for you. Without advance booking or when technical/weather problems occurring, the Clubcar may not be available each time you visit us.
2.Maintenance team or Caddiemaster may restrict Clubcars usage on course when such conditions occur. Reasons are either weather, force majeure, seeding, fertilizing or repairs related.
3. Clubcar cannot be used by a person up to 15 years old in no circumstances. This restriction applies also when adult is beeing present. When these rules are not beeing followed, the adult Seasonal Clubcar package owner is liable for all damage to the Clubcar owner and third parties.
